All our service technicians are fully trained and are up-to-date with all of Subaru’s latest technology. Combined with a modern facility and state-of-the-art equipment, no one offers a more complete service experience that Markham Subaru!
For your convenience, we offer you several options when servicing your vehicle:
We have a warm and welcoming customer service lounge that offers complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. We recommend using our loune for services of 90 minutes or less. Relax, kick up your feet and read today’s paper or watch your favourite show on our large screen TV.
If you need to get to work or an appointment, never fear. We offer a shuttle service that runs every forty minutes (beginning at 8:40 am) to anywhere in Markham or Stouffville. Later in the afternoon (3:00pm-5:00pm), we’ll even pick you up and reconnect you with your vehicle.
If your vehicle requires more than two hours of scheduled work, you have the option to select a complimentary courtesy car to use for as long as you need. At Markham Subaru, we never want you to feel inconvenienced.
After your first visit, you are automatically enrolled in the Markham Subaru Rewards Club! With every qualified purchase in our service department, you earn reward dollars that can be redeemed against future services, parts & accessories purchases or even your next new Subaru!
