Although this is Vanessa's first foray into the automotive field, she is no stranger to retail. She has been both a salesperson and a a retail store manager in her native Hong Kong for several high end brands, including Burberry. She then parlayed those skills to become a customer service manager and team lead across both North American and Asian-Pacific markets. Vanessa speaks Cantonese and Mandarin in addition to English. She takes great pride in being able to assist a discerning clientele.
